We offer a number of no cost support options that may prove helpful in answering your questions and resolving issues. If you would like piece of mind by having paid support or need direct assist from StoreFront support, we offer paid support options to meet your business needs.

No cost support options include the following:

• StoreFront User Forums: http://forums.storefront.net (you will need to set up an account if you haven’t already).
• StoreFront Knowledgebase
• Online Tutorials.
• Context sensitive help within your merchant tools.

Paid support options include the following:

• An Annual Support Plan offers unlimited product support for one full year from the date of purchase.
• Incident Support is available.
